Step 7 of Setup of Outlook Express for Your Email Account:

The screen of the 'Internet Connection Wizard' that follows is entitled 'Internet Mail Logon' and this is where you enter your email account's username and password - if you know what these are then enter the appropriate details in the 'Account Name' and 'Password' boxes respectively.

With email accounts that me-too.net has created (i.e. if you use our web hosting) your username will be your full email address and your password will be the one you chose / we advised you of when your details were taken.
