This How to Setup Outlook Express Email Tutorial has 10 easy to follow
Steps:
If you need any domain names
registering or affordable
web hosting for your domain names or web
design or database
design services then please consider using me-too.net -
thanks.
Step 4 of Configuring Outlook Express Email Software:
Type your name in the 'Display Name' box of the 'Internet Connection
Wizard' popup window and then click the 'Next' button. The 'Display Name' is
the name that people will see in their inbox when they receive email from you.

Step 5 of Setting up Your Email Address in Outlook Express:
The next screen of the 'Internet Connection Wizard' is where you enter your
email address. Type your email address (i.e. xyz@me-too.net) in the 'E-mail
Address' box and then click the 'Next' button.

Step 6 of Setting Up Outlook Express Email Accounts:
The next screen of the 'Internet Connection Wizard' is where you enter details
about your incoming and outgoing e-mail server names. If you have a normal
email account and email servers then select the 'POP3' server option from the
'My Incoming Mail Sever' option list.
Enter your incoming mail server name in the 'Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP or
HTTP) server' box - the case of domain name and email accounts provided by me-too.net this will simply
be 'mail.' followed by your domain name (without the 'www.'), for example,
in the case of www.me-too.net the incoming email server setting is 'mail.me-too.net'
- easy!
In the 'Outgoing mail (SMTP) Server' box you will need to enter your
ISP's SMTP
server setting (ISP = Internet Service Provider - this is the company
that you go through to connect to the internet). Assuming you know who your
ISP is you can look at our list
of SMTP Servers of common ISP's or go to your ISP's
website and search their help for 'SMTP server'. Often ISP's use 'smtp.' and
then their domain name (without the 'www.') as the setting for SMTP server
/ outgoing mail server so try this if you can't find your ISP on our list
of ISP SMTP servers. Click the 'Next' button once you have entered the
outgoing email server.
